  • Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries professionally.
  • All customer contacts are to be handled in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Electronically schedule service appointments.
  • Obtain all the relevant information from each customer, including name, phone number, vehicle model and service required and record it on the appointment scheduling system.
  • Maintain appointment booking targets as set for each team daily and report to Service Manager.
  • Answer all incoming calls to the service department in a courteous and personable fashion.
  • Other duties and projects as requested by management.
  • Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service experience is an asset.
