Under the direction of the Global Marketing Director, you will coordinate and execute projects to support our global marketing efforts and increase our visibility in our various markets.
More specifically, the mandate is to develop and implement communication strategies to increase the visibility of Ovivo.
It also involves producing interesting, diverse, educational and engaging content for the entire digital ecosystem and the various international divisions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinate the creation, integration, uploading and updating of content on different platforms (websites, social media, blog);
Plan, coordinate, edit and maintain content for digital platforms with internal stakeholders to maximize the visibility of local content;
Manage and follow-up social media platforms, including comments tracking, daily;
Maintain and share a calendar of campaigns and content for all marketing initiatives;
Create content and texts adapted to the different distribution channels and marketing tools (posters, brochures, advertisements, videos, customer newsletters);
Collaborate in the preparation and sending of newsletters and e-mail campaigns
Ensure quality control of all contents of the organization (Web and Print);
Advise the internal clientele on Internet and Intranet content standards and usage and oversee the development of content;
Review some content written by colleagues;
Coordinate content translation when required;
Participate in the execution of SEO strategies;
Participate in website maintenance efforts;
Manage various mandates related to marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
BAC in communication, marketing or a relevant combination of education and experience;
Five (5) years of experience in content writing and / or social media management;
Experience in project management and supplier relationship management;
Interest in B2B, technical and industrial marketing;
Excellent editorial skills;
Very good time and priority management skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with multiple stakeholders;
Ability to translate concepts and solutions of a technical nature into catchy content;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Results-oriented, quality-minded and deadline-driven;
Curiosity, thoroughness and attention to detail;
Bilingual, spoken and written (French and English).
From a technical point of view
Proven ability to work on a PC platform (only work environment within Ovivo);
Excellent skills in writing and popularizing information for the web;
Experience with social media management tools;
Experience using a CMS and an email marketing software;
Knowledge of Google Analytics (an asset).
