Opportunity Summary :

To support its growth, Upland is looking for someone passionate about web content editing, marketing and communications.

Telling the story, transmitting the message, putting words on the digital canvas.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Creates and produces all graphic design materials ensuring creative vision is applied and respects the brand image, positioning and strategy.
  • Designs different images for the web site (banners, icons, Web Page structure, modify images, etc.)
  • Updates and design new web pages for the corporate identity.
  • Creates interactive design and produces videos.
  • Analyze the website traffic, keywords and SEO to optimize out web presence on browsers.
  • Plan and execute our content editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate to all our online promotional campaigns related to our products / services (select the content, write the texts, integrate visual elements, and distribute the documents).
  • Communicates effectively with all Marketing staff and sales team to acquire information and ensure proper approvals have been obtained.
  • Write engaging texts for our blog, website, and social media accounts, as well as emails, press releases, newsletters, customer stories, promotional images and social media posts.
  • Ensure the quality of all types of written communication, emails, blogs, posts, articles on the community, web pages, etc.
  • Can also include event planning for tradeshows, forums, online webinars and launch activities.
  • Plan and coordinate email communications, newsletters, Webinars and other campaigns
  • Understand CRM and list management to target communications to the right audience.
  • Focus on results in driving demand generation and pipeline creation
  • Requirements :

  • Mastery of English and French (written and spoken)
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
  • Mastery of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Great graphical and illustration capacities.
  • Great writing and editing skills
  • Strong organizational skill and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Worked with CRM and understand how to manage audience lists
  • Relevant studies (multimedia, journalism, communication, marketing)
  • Knowledge of SEO an asset
  • Knowledge of content optimization platform such as Hubspot, Marketo and Pardot.
