The Senior Manager RRP Project Management will be responsible for the overall planning, execution and delivery of strategic and regulatory projects for Recovery and Resolution Planning, in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Functional Competencies :
The incumbent must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage project risks and issues, and appropriate use of escalation mechanisms.
The incumbent should also have hands-on experience in project / portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budget preparation.

The ability to manage change, think creatively / strategically, understand the Bank from a holistic perspective, and provide guidance to internal clients is vital.
The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of tact and diplomacy, and a good understanding of executive priorities.
Excellent relationship building and project management skills are essential.
Experience / Education :
The incumbent has a breadth of project management experience, usually through 5 or more years in the banking industry, and has demonstrated experience supporting delivery of medium to large size projects.
Expert level knowledge of office productivity applications such as MS Project, MS Office etc are required, along with technical credentials (PMP / PMI).
