Job Description

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for FoodService Sales contributes to PepsiCo Canada Food Service’s success by executing a selling strategy in assigned Food Service

ccounts. This person is responsible to manage key customer relationships to include negotiating customer agreements that deliver against annual operating plans while successfully delivering against the customer's expectations.

The KAM must develop strategic account plans in order to create sales proposals yielding profitable account development and growth.

Key Responsibilities include

To operate as a Sales Leader within the region to support Chain Accounts and drive local business

Deliver Better Together business results through the development & execution of annual CMA’s

The ability to analyze data and trends into action plans for growth

The ability to leverage AFG processes to drive alignment against the business plan

The ability to build and execute Quarterly Business Plans (QBP’s) to drive Local Distributor business agenda

The ability to work cross functionally - Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance and Field Teams

The ability to operate as an effective Problem Solver

Operate with a high level of customer wiring, demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in all levels of the customer organization.

Demonstrated computer proficiency (Forecast Spreadsheets / Internal Reporting)
