Responsibilities :

1) Plan customer lifecycle emails and in-products messages

2) Collaborate with PR or social media strategies in relation to product marketing campaigns

3) Plan and optimize in-bound marketing campaigns

4) Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates company in the market

5) Develop product training documentation, presentations and other high quality tools and training to help the sales team

6) Support product launches, releases and feature utilization programs and implement communication strategies across customer base

7) Be the expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria

8) Conduct market research to drive design and functionality decisions on new and existing products

9) Forecast revenue and initiative goals for your products, partner with cross-functional teams to meet goals

10) Define and implement test plans, conduct analysis and make recommendations for product launches and enhancements

Requirements :

1) BA or BS in Marketing or related discipline and / or equivalent experience

2) Minimum 3 - 5 years of product marketing, marketing strategy and / or site experience

3) Experience and / or training with high technology marketing a plus

4) B2B and / or B2C experience in physical products

5) Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet competing deadlines
