and feel good about the work you do! You will be based in our Kamloops store at Unit 25A, 1967 Trans-Canada Highway. Your hours of work will be 8 : 30 to 17 : 00, Monday to Friday and no overtime is required.

National Seating & Mobility is the largest rehab equipment supplier in British Columbia and we help improve our customers' lives by providing medical equipment solutions for seating and mobility.

We have 12 locations in BC, including Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Prince George and Nanaimo. We are expecting further growth across Canada and there is no better time to join us now!

What does your typical day as a Service Coordinator looks like?

  • First point of contact for client service calls, scheduling, and follow up of :
  • On-site and off-site assessments and repairs of equipment
  • On-site assessment and repairs of rental and demo equipment
  • On-site setup of new equipment
  • Review all work orders as completed and coordinate next steps.
  • Prepare quotes for equipment parts and repairs for client or funder approval.
  • Provide quote and approval information to purchasing for ordering of parts.
  • Confirm completion of work for invoicing purposes.
  • Assist Rebab Equipment Specialists in assessment and dispensing of new equipment.
  • Support annual physical inventory count (store-wide)
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Cleaning of equipment if short-handed.
  • Assisting in the shipping department.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • What are we looking for from you?

  • Can demonstrate prev. exp to display great organization and time management skills - especially in scheduling appointments in a high volume and distance.
  • Can demonstrate prev exp that display resilience and personal skills in working with all personalities / situations with Clients and Colleagues.
  • Can demonstrate prev. exp in multitasking and awareness to prioritize (this role may need to receive a high number of phone calls), while scheduling and monitoring shipping and receiving
  • Can demonstrate prev. exp that display great attention to details - to be trusted with confidential information that must be entered accurately
  • Must be intrinsically motivated, knowing that what we do makes a difference
