About the role :
This role within Jolera offers an opportunity to participate in a growing and intellectually stimulating industry that allows us to solve our customer’s complex business problems.
You will help partners and the internal sales team sell IT professional, security, and managed services solutions to customers that are seeking to enter new markets, provide new services, re-tool their businesses to focus on their core competencies, and solve complex IT challenges.

You will achieve this by :
You will be responsible for winning new business and generating and maximizing revenue through selling Jolera services through Channel partners to end-user prospects and customers.
You will also assist the Channel partners and internal sales team with coordinating services and enhancing customer experience.
Assist partner and internal sales executives in the technical qualification of new sales opportunities, understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of Jolera Inc.
to senior technology executives.
Present and demonstrate Jolera’s products to technical and non-technical audiences.
Respond to customer requests for information including the completion of RFIs and RFPs.
Developing lasting and valued business relationships with clients and industry influencers
Maintaining levels of knowledge and expertise regarding our Channel Partners and their respective customers, their industries, outsourcing, security services, managed services, and information technology
Preparing business cases, proposals, SoW’s, presentations, quotations, contracts, and supporting documentation as required
Handling and forwarding technical and operations questions or issues that may arise during a sales pursuit, and managing appropriate customer expectations throughout the sales cycle, ensuring Jolera’s role as a trusted partner to the Global IT Channel

Working knowledge of finance models related to the delivery of IT-related projects
Required Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience architecting complete IT service solutions
Previous Industry experience in Solution Development, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Customer facing technical roles
Demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding customer technical / business needs and translating them into viable integrated solutions
Consultative selling experience
Industry Experience is a must
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapidly growing environment
Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals.
