Our client located in Montreal is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative for a long-term temporary assignment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, business hours In this role, you will be responsible for : Entering customer sale orders into SAP.
Following up on shipments, purchase orders, delivery and invoicing Processing credits, debits, price adjustments and returns Providing support to the company sales reps in the field and the Inside Sales team.
Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will possess : Fluently bilingual in both French and English 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service College and / or University degree Health Sciences, laboratory and medical experience a strong asset Detail oriented and organized Ability to multiple tasks and work in a fast-
