Do you have solid experience running a mobility program at companies with a global footprint? Are you looking to bring your knowledge and creativity to a rapidly growing company? If so, we want you!
You will oversee a virtual team that manages the global program administration in areas of relocation, assignments, immigration and tax compliance.
You will partner closely with other functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Legal, as well as external service providers, in running day-
to- day mobility activities, to lead compliance with policies and regulations. This position may be located in any of our major offices.
In this role, you'll get to :
Oversee the Global Mobility program for global immigration, business travelers, international and domestic relocation / assignment management while ensuring quality service delivery
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members within the Global Mobility team
Responsible for managing exceptions and resolving escalated concerns within the practice; responsible for escalating issues to senior leadership as appropriate
Provide strategic advice to Global Mobility team and stakeholders across the Business on all aspects of Global Mobility while ensuring cost effectiveness and consistency
Ensuring effective implementation of processes to identify financial exposure and make sound decisions to eliminate / minimize risk
Foster opportunities to recommend change / enhancements to the Global Mobility practice and establish strategic direction in collaboration with the Global Mobility team and business leaders
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance across all regions to execute global mobility practices
Oversee and manage third party service partners, including leading and managing the RFP process
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Strong people management experience including coaching and career development and managing virtually.
Demonstrated strong program management and vendor management skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key partners
Drive work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
Education and Experience
A post-secondary degree in HR Management, Business or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years of global mobility experience with particular emphasis on leading and managing a team and influencing change.
Ability to travel cross border.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
