The Fire Alarm Service Representative / Technician will perform technician duties of preventive maintenance, verifications, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications and programming for all fire alarm systems, while ensuring the highest standard of system reliability and customer satisfaction are met.
Knowledge of paging, nursecall and security products would be an asset. Must possess a valid driver's license as the successful candidate will be provided with a company leased vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of community college in electronics (or equivalent) and 4 years of Fire industry experience, and be proficient with use of computer (current windows environment, etc).
Manufacturer training is preferred and proof of programming ability on microprocessor based systems is required. Our preferred candidate will be CFAA certified or willing to complete the CFAA registration within 2 years of hire date.
