We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager within ourMarketing Operations Finance Team. The preferred candidate(s) will havepassion for and experience in the areas of financial analysis, budgeting andforecasting, project management, process implementation and internal businessoperations.

Ideally you have experience working in finance and / or marketing; perhapsyou have grown through the ranks and so you understand that what happens at theground level ultimately impacts the overall success of a program orproject.

Job Objectives :

As a member of the Marketing Operations Finance Team, you will adopt therole of a financial and operational leader within a specific client group.

Yourjob is to work in partnership with the Client Service Team to manage thedetails, finances and back-end processes, so that they can stay focused onmanaging and growing the business.

You will be responsible for overseeing thebusiness unit's planning and development, run its P&L and overallforecasting / financials, be the hub of communication with internal businesspartners, as well as provide operational support for the broader Canadianbusiness unit.


  • University degree in Business / Finance
  • CMA / CPA (completed or in progress) a strong asset
  • 1-3 years of industry experience
  • 1-3 years of financial experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in the areas of finance, budgeting, forecasting and internal business operations
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Eagerness to develop / improve new tools and processes to increase the internal efficiency of the organization
  • Procurement savvy, understanding of internal cost control
