With distribution and customer service centers in every province, and our corporate offices in Mississauga and Calgary, Superior is truly Canada’s only national propane and propane services provider The Administrative Assistant is a key member of our team in Mississauga who will provide support in a number of important areas : Efficient and quality admin support to multiple senior executives at Superior’s head office Manage departmental executive and senior manager's calendar(s), travel, meetings and / or daily schedules Interact cross-

functionally with other department heads / managers, vendors or customers in need of meeting with department leaders Provide timely response to emails, voice-

mails, and written correspondence on behalf of leaders Manage Leaders’ budgets and reconcile with department spending; Liaison with other corporate offices and / or other business units / functional groups Ensure a high level of service and accuracy in answering questions and responding to requests Maintain and / or create accurate databases to track departmental information Act as the backup office coordinator to manage mail distribution, maintain office supplies and orderly lunchrooms and kitchens, arranges group meetings and catering, and coordinate services with 3rd parties like building maintenance, and couriers.

Secondary education Completion of an Office Administration Certificate or Diploma from a recognized business school / college is considered an asset 3-

  • 5 years minimum demonstrated experience in similar duties; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
