As a Performance Analyst I, you will play a critical role in daily maintenance of Customer Profile / Enterprise Customer Hierarchy database which impacts a broad group of downstream business processes including financial results tracking, credit risk reporting, billed revenue results tracking, revenue assurance, sales assignments, incentives and performance reporting, marketing campaign development, sales performance reporting, service orders, assurance, provisioning, and customer experience.

As a Performance Analyst I, you will take on many exciting tasks :

  • Analyze specific databases for content integrity and provide content updates
  • Implement business procedures required to maintain content integrity
  • Analyze operations problems and develop solutions for adoption by stakeholder groups
  • Forge strong working relations in a local and national team environment and with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Credit services, Sales management, IT management, Learning services, Operations and other business units
  • Required to actively seek and incorporate feedback and acceptance from all stakeholders and employ best practices when planning / implementing improvements
  • Maintain and further improve the quality of Customer Profile / Enterprise Customer Hierarchy to exceed customer expectations

  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities Ability to manage and deal with routine, large amounts of data at a granular level

  • Self-Starter : Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills, to accommodate stringent time deadlines in an operations environment
  • Proactive Planner : Ability to juggle multiple demands and competing priorities ensuring deliverables are met consistently and on time
  • Expert Communicator :
  • Attains excellent verbal and written communication skills to promote cooperation and establish constructive and effective working relationships

  • Detail-Oriented Decision-Maker :
  • Adhere to departmental standards and control principles for business operations Ability to make sound decisions based on established guidelines Ability to deal with ambiguity

    With

  • General familiarity with Canadian companies
  • Proficient with MS Excel (manipulating spreadsheets)
  • Proficient with MS Access (creating & running queries)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Software (ex. SAP, JIRA, Oracle) and / or programming language is an asset
  • A degree / diploma in business administration, computer science, or relevant data experience
  • Great-to-haves

  • Experience working with process (development and documentation), metrics (collection and analysis) would be an asset
  • Previous experience in one or more areas below would be an asset :
  • Data cleansing Data mining in corporate data warehouse Marketing Credit Services Business Sales or Sales Support
