A role with AJW Technique offers an exciting future in the ever-changing field of aviation. We are actively looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team - leading the Transformation of AJW Technique.

Objectives : Business Analyst is responsible for conducting market research, analysing existing product lines, assessing overall profitability of the business and continuously suggesting means for improvement, working cross-functionally with all other functions of the business (finance, IT, products, sales, delivery and customer experience).

  • Principal Responsibilities : Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and streamline processes Understand regional MRO market behaviour and customize sales targets & operational plan Build tailored value proposition to upsell existing customer base Support the Strategy & Business development manager with governance and maintaining models Support digital transformation initiatives pushing the facility into a digital workflow Mine data for constant iterations of marketing strategies especially with regards to pricing Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making Support strategic partnerships with business cases Support new product introductions with ROI & CAPEX analysis Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory and distribution Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements;
  • forming project team; establishing project budget Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports;
  • recommending actions Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.

    Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes Qualifications : Team player, structured, analytical, results oriented and critical thinking skills A team player, ability to work at all levels, particularly establishing strong relationships with shop floor Ability to see the bigger picture and to think strategically Ability to turn data into meaningful insights A bachelor's degree in business A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field Ability to work autonomously Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Access.

    Writing script / coding considered an asset. A history of leading and supporting successful strategic projects. Bilingual : English and FrenchBenefits :
