What you will do

Tyco Integrated Security is currentlyin search of applicants seeking full-time employment for our 24 / 7 CustomerMonitoring Centre in Montreal.

This position requires a quick learningmulti-tasking individual with a positive self-motivating attitude.

How you will do it

The individual is responsible forhandling all incoming alarm signal activities and taking appropriate action perinstruction.

Make outbound calls in order to contact customers, emergencycontacts, and Police / Fire Departments regarding alarm activities whilefollowing standard operating procedures.

What we look for

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Customer Service or Call Centre experience
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English), professional communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, comfortable handling potential emergency situations, have PC proficiency and type 25 wpm.
  • Other :

  • Applicants selected for interviews will be required to complete an assessment profile and typing tests on site.
  • Paid training (day shift training hours)

  • Evening and Night shift work availability to work weekends is a must
