2 Positions to Fill. S.i. Systems enterprise public sector client has a continuous need for Intermediate / Senior Help Desk Analysts for their Microsoft environment

We are building a pool of contractor candidates. They have a constant need for short-term (2 - 6 weeks) contractors to back fill their unionized workforce.

You could work up to 6 months straight, BUT, it would always be in very short contract increments.


  • Answer and log IT support desk calls into the Service Manager tool
  • Resolve upwards of 80% of calls (without passing onto other teams)
  • Follow up on open-incidents that were transferred to other teams.

  • 3+ years of desktop support / help desk experience
  • Diploma or certification or degree in a technical field
  • well versed in Microsoft desktop tools and operating systems. Windows 10 troubleshooting Microsoft Office troubleshooting Sharepoint troubleshooting
  • Help Desk / Entry Level Desktop Support Technician 5 - 7 years Help Desk Operator 5 - 7 years Describe your experience as an intermediate desk analyst being able to resolve 80% of calls (Must-have)

    Due to short-term and uncertain nature of contract lengths, Manager will only consider candidates who are currently living in Metro Vancouver (Must-have)

    100% on site in Richmond, BC. Work may not be continuous. Contract length will range from 1 week - 3 months at a time.

  • Assignments would range from 1 week to several months at a time
  • Monday to Friday work week
  • 8 hour work day between 7 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM (exact hours will be determined at the time of engagement)
