Accountabilities :

  • Working closely with Enterprise Architecture, provides technical leadership & expertise to a team of Solutions Architects focused on a long-
  • term view in planning the future of ET architecture & data strategies and partners closely with the business clients and peers in strategy assessment, planning and execution of strategic roadmaps across ET.

  • Leads a team of Service Reliability leaders focused on proactively enabling service reliability through High-Availability Architectures in addition to ensuring processes and practices are in place that promote service reliability across Enterprise Technology globally (eg.
  • Change management, Incident & Problem Management, Communications etc.)

  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies / innovation opportunities and recommend / evaluate technologies supporting the Enterprise Technology department domains;
  • Establishes, communicates, maintains and governs standards (Architecture Review Board), tools and process for Enterprise Technology.
  • This includes providing consulting services to anchor key processes, architectural components and other standards defined within the key focus areas;
  • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Establishes, communicates, maintains and governs standards, tools and processes for Enterprise Technology. This includes providing consulting services to anchor key processes, architectural components and other standards defined within the key focus areas
  • Establishes an engineering team focused on Enterprise Technology Shared Technical Services that drive efficiency, reuse and promote the overall adoption of our enterprise technology strategy.
  • As the technology & delivery leader for Global Compliance : develop the roadmap, business cases & support plan for the implementation of global Compliance solutions in conjunction with the business and internal technology partners.
  • Provides management oversight on Regional projects by monitoring end to end delivery including within scope, time and budget, Tracks, reports and promotes program to various audiences and Lead projects from idea to implementation.

    Requirements :

  • Proven IT leadership experience with deep expertise in multiple areas of technology (architecture, development / engineering, implementation) of banking as well as technology
  • Requires understanding of complex, leading edge technology and how this can be used to support business processes
  • 10+ years or more of direct hands-on experience managing large and complex programs (budget >
  • 50MM). English fluency required, fluency in Spaniish an asset

  • Demonstrated experience managing strategy, process improvement and global transformations in large organizations, spanning multiple geographies and operating models.
  • Possess the ability to champion change, inspire a shared vision and promote key values driving urgency and execution.
  • Communicates influences and oversees the implementation of Enterprise solutions as core Bank technology platforms that deliver well defined, trusted and timely services, while effectively managing structural costs.
