Our client a multi-national leader in oil and gas is looking for an AP Clerk to join them as soon as possible, for a 6 month contract position in Burnaby, BC!If you have prior experience in Accounts Payable and are available immediately, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!What you will be doing : Manage Accounts Payable mailbox and distribute invoices for approval and processFollow complex processes, procedures and policies provided to ensure invoices are coded and entered accurately, avoiding duplicate paymentsEnsure voucher batches are approved and posted dailySupport the month-end accrual processReconciliation of vendor accounts by review of vendor statements, outstanding PO’s and outstandingbalances on the Aging Report.

Contact internal and external clients to resolve invoicing, receiving discrepancies.Manage vendor payment pulls and wire payments, ensuring completion to meet month end deadlinesWhat you need : Prior AP experienceAttention to detailEasy going attitudeWhat you get in return : Full time hours - Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm$20.
