We have partnered with a Toronto-based high-growth technology & VFX studio that is focused on pushing the boundaries of VFX on TV.

With over 100 premium TV projects shipped to date, they are dedicated to creating innovative VFX through proprietary AI solutions, GPU rendering, and world-class talent.

We have assisted them in their search for a Head of Sales to help lead the formal launch and ongoing sales growth for a series of groundbreaking AI Products that will revolutionize VFX delivery on a global scale.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a team that is on its way to becoming the most technologically advanced, creatively talented, and sought-after VFX company in the world.

The Role :

The visual effects (VFX) space has traditionally been built on a service delivery model where a team of artists is engaged in a time-consuming process to create "outside of film" imagery, effects, environments, and objects.

Our client is changing the game with the development of a series of AI Products that have the capacity to seamlessly automate the creation of many of these features solving capacity, cost, and "time to delivery" pain points that currently plague the industry.

As the Head of Sales, you'll work with senior management, marketing, and product leadership to launch these products into the market and strategically drive sales initiatives with an aim to double revenue year over year as our client develops this emerging market.

As a player / coach, you'll be engaged in front-line sales as well as team leadership. You'll have the opportunity to own the sales process and overall strategy for creating a new market in the VFX space.
