You will be joining asmall team of 15 exceptionally skilled, passionate and diverse communicators.We value teamwork and customer service, hard work and innovation, and we deliver impactful communications to veryhigh standards.

You will be kept busy and encouraged to deepenyour existing expertise in social media, as well as develop the skills of amodern communicator.

What your day would be like

As a member of the "CorpComms" team, reporting to the Head, Corporate Communications, you will beexpected to be part of the development and delivery of the digitalcommunications strategy to ensure that our million-strong social media audienceis engaged and informed about IATA’s objectives, and the wider social andeconomic benefits of aviation.

Alongside planning, coordinating and publishingsocial media content, you will be involved in campaign conception, impactanalysis and reporting.

You will need to be passionate about the possibilitiessocial media can offer for reaching a diverse audience with memorable,effective communications, and you will be expected to be a repository ofexpertise and best practice in this area.

You will also be comfortable at workingwith internal stakeholders to develop web and intranet content, and workingwith our web team to implement best practices and training.

As we are a smalland flexible team, you will be expected to be adaptable and eager to accept newchallenges and projects as needs require.

We would love to hear from you if

  • You have a University degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in media or communications;
  • You are a motivated self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment, comfortable with limited supervision, requiring well-developed organizational, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills to succeed;
  • You have a passion for and experience in digital communications and analytics;
  • You are a creative communicator with top-level English language skills;
  • You have practical experience with the tools of your trade : social media planning and publishing platforms, social listening systems, website CMS, and social media asset development (e.
  • g. Adobe applications, video editing).
