We're looking for outgoing, professional, guest service driven individuals who are experienced Card Dealers. You will be responsible for providing unrivaled personalized dealing services to our guests.
Card Dealers must ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
This position requires flexibility for scheduling including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Providing exceptional guest service while conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner; according to policies and procedures, licensing laws and statutory regulations
Maintaining game integrity; monitoring game limits and cash / value transactions
Exchanging guest cash and promotional vouchers for value chips
Controlling the order of play; closing bets at the appropriate time and maintaining game integrity
Handling complimentary guest requests
Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments
Engaging our guests and encouraging their use of other property features
Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
Performing other duties as assigned or directed
High school diploma required
Minimum 1 year of experience in card dealing, other gaming experience an asset
Strong communication and mathematical skills
Must have a good working knowledge of all card games
Proven guest service skills with a strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
Manually dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time
Understanding of self and others when communicating with team members and guests
