As we continue to grow, we have a need for the following position :

Position : Manager, Aquatics
Location : Family YMCA of St. Thomas-Elgin
Start Date : February 2019
Compensation : $40,000-$45,000
Benefits and Pension Plan available upon completion of probation
Complementary Y membership
Reporting to the General Manager, the Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for member satisfaction in the Aquatic Program area through the development, evaluation, and promotion of aquatic programs.
Additional responsibilities include instructional and lifeguard duties.
Qualifications & Experience :
o Current CPR and First Aid
o NLS, LSS Instructor’s Certification
o AEC certification

Other Position Details :
Varying shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Staff receive a complementary membership for themselves and their families.
