As a BDS Canada Analyst you will work as part of a team on a variety of clients and internal projects and tasks. In this role, your main responsibilities will be to capture detailed information on employer-
sponsored benefit plan design practices in our database and work on qualitative benchmarking projects for our clients. As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key contact for consultants and will begin taking on a larger project and people management role within the team.
We are looking for a candidate to join the BDS team in our Montreal office.
You will contribute to projects such as :
Collect data from database participants and new participants
Enter new participants and update existing participants’ benefit programs (pension, group benefits, vacation and holidays and work and personal life) into proprietary systems
Interact with consultants throughout the company, as well as with clients and database participants
Ensure appropriate and effective communication within the team
Perform qualitative benchmarking projects, including extracting prevalence statistics, trend analyses on employee benefits, producing side-
by-side summaries of benefits and conducting ad-hoc surveys
Successfully engage in multiple projects simultaneously
Ensure proper documentation and filing, and participate in improving operational efficiencies
