What you bring A valid Real Estate License is required (or an interest in obtaining one). At least 3 years of sales or work experience.
Previous experience with commercial properties will be considered an asset. Advanced understanding of the principles of selling, leasing and marketing of commercial real estate properties.
A valid driver’s license and fully insured automobile. Bonus skills and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) What success looks like You reach and / or exceed your sales quota consistently You apply traditional and innovative sales methods, including compelling presentations, virtual demonstrations and networking within the local business community.
