We are currently looking for the role of Lamborghini After Sales Area Manager at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON

Temporarily working from home until September 2021

The Lamborghini After Sales Area Manager position reports to the Lamborghini Director of After Sales. This position is regional based and will ensure that all related processes and procedures are implemented in the field to guarantee the highest possible after sales service level.

You will drive parts & accessories retail sales and increase service revenues and loyalty to achieve regional objectives.

You will also ensure the Dealer net is trained on all aspects of After Sales and Customer Service activities. This position will ensure dealer network is following the Lamborghini dealer operating standard (DOS).

Primary Responsibilities :

Parts & Accessories 35% of the time

Goal : Monitor and increase Parts & Accessories Performance

  • Monitor and report dealer After Sales and parts / accessories performance metrics and develop tools such as marketing plans to ensure that process improvement measures are implemented.
  • Work with all organizations to develop and implement specific programs in region to increase performance
  • After Sales Standards / Training 30% of the time

    Goal : Monitor dealer operating standards

  • Analyze, monitor and report process gaps and performance variances in region (Warranty, Goodwill, Training, CI / CD)
  • Monitor and assure Dealer operating standards are implemented and provide action plan for improvement
  • Train and develop performances of dealer net in regards to new processes, policies and standards
  • After Sales Customer Relation Management 25% of the time

    Goal : Support customer complaint cases in a timely manner

  • Assist solving customer complaints and support Customer Relation department on legal cases and coordinate vehicle recall communication to customers
  • Lamborghini Fleet vehicle support 5% of the time

    Goal : Ensure ALA fleet is up to technical standards

  • Assist setting up repairs and approval for fleet vehicles
  • Additional Responsibilities 5%

  • Stay abreast with technology of existing and upcoming Lamborghini vehicles
  • Provide cross-functional assistance to other groups of AoA, VWoA, Audi AG, vendors, associations, and institutions
  • Qualifications

    What we are asking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in automotive engineering is preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of After Sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of analytical and conceptual thinking and implementation
  • Proven problem solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and process orientation
  • Field experience with automotive manufacturer
  • Strong work ethic with internal motivation to succeed and support others
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize
  • Fluency in French and Spanish is considered an asset
  • Forward-thinking with ability to work effectively with minimal direction
  • A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective business partner, team player, and collaborator
  • Partners at all levels of the organization, with ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results
  • Ability to understand automotive service retail business, procedures and data
  • Must be flexible for travel up to 25% within Canada, US, Mexico, and Latin America
