Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As Manager - Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing, you will be responsible for building a world-class experience for Business customers (across small, mid and enterprise) to research, learn and buy online.

Working to meet the needs of our customers, stakeholders and the broader digital team, you will be tasked with leading yearly and quarterly capital planning and overseeing feature delivery, all go to market activities, product launches, and campaigns.

Reporting to the Director - B2B Digital, you will build and support a highly engaged and performing team, and act as a mentor and coach for your team to help us build a strong and enduring culture.

You will not be alone! You will team up with friendly, supportive internal partners who aspire to build the best products and have a passion for customer experience.

Here’s how

  • Providing business context to the team, helping them set priorities and focus efforts to improve the customer experience and create value for the business
  • Supporting the team through 1 : 1 coaching, professional development, goal setting and performance management
  • Building relationships across multiple internal teams and partners to help deliver end-to-end digital user experiences for TELUS
  • Establishing and maintaining regular cadence with stakeholders within digital, the rest of TELUS, and with our partner vendors to ensure alignment and drive momentum
  • Monitoring adoption and engagement metrics for the website and leveraging data to drive continued enhancements
  • Qualifications

  • Be highly organized with a demonstrated ability to delegate, monitor and manage high volume workloads
  • Ability to influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders to gain alignment on product vision and roadmap
  • Ability to effectively solve problems, anticipate and assess risks, contingency plans and manage change in a complex environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide feedback and coaching to develop team members
  • Comfortable building financial models and presenting business cases
