Our client is looking for an experienced head of product to help us meet our business objectives by defining and leading development of our Conversational Marketing Cloud platform.
Working closely with our CEO and Head of R&D alongside our engineering team and customers the Head of Product is a hands on role responsible not only for product strategy, but also day-
to-day product delivery. They practice true agile development working directly with our customers not only to build the right B2B enterprise product they need, but also to work with them on the B2C consumer facing conversational marketing experience used by their customers.
Preferred candidates will have interest or experience in artificial intelligence, conversational software, marketing technology, and the complexities of B2B2C product development and go-to-market strategy.
You will be responsible for :
Define product strategy and the business objectives and KPIs to be achieved. It is critical to note that the conversational marketing market is still nascent and this role is more about finding product / market fit than evolving a stable product.

Define product roadmap and work with R&D to ensure features are delivered in a way that delivers maximum business benefit in as short a time frame as possible
Conduct customer and and end-user interviews to uncover new feature ideas and improvement areas
Build pre-sales materials to support sales team as well as provide regular training and product updates to field

Can demonstrate past product successes, not only in terms of delivery but in terms of business value and growth. Your numbers speak for you!
Experience working with both customers and enterprise sales teams in a pre-sales support role. Sales teams love you!
Experience with services based go-to-market strategies and working with third party consultancies and agencies as early users of their product. Partners rely on you!
Experience defining, tracking, and reporting business KPIs, helping technical teams stay focused on business objectives, and ensuring management is up-
to-date on latest performance. - You’re a superior communicator and collaborator!
Experience with product management tools (Asana, Troll, Jira, Github, Slack, etc). You know the tools of the trade!
Nice to Have Skills :
Experience with conversational software, artificial intelligence, or marketing technology products
Experience building products for large, multi-brand, global companies as customers (Beauty brands in particular)
Startup experience, and an ability to fill gaps and take on roles outside the job description from time to time
Ability to build wire-frames and go deeper than just written specifications
