Rogers Creative is seeking a forward thinking designer whose strength is in audience engagement, story-telling, experiential design and activations to join our group of passionate artists, designers, and thinkers.

Who is this job suited for?

You are a naturally curious creative who understands that innovation is a way to creatively solve problems. You possess patience, have an eye for the uncanny and feel as much at home researching as you do creating and directing great work.

Your deep understanding of the digital ecosystem - including data and strategy - will help guide us into places that are new to us and full of potential.

You understand that there are opportunities to act differently in every brief and have the conviction to speak to and sell those opportunities back to the client.

The role is a crucial part of a small and effective team that builds highly creative digital and experiential advertising campaigns for our diverse offering of brands in sports, media and telecommunications.

Our larger creative team carries the principles of a design studio / ad-agency but functions as an in-house design group (some would say the best of both worlds ) Located at our Bloor St / Mt.

Pleasant campus we offer an opportunity to learn from a group of mentors and Creative Directors in a variety of different mediums.

You are an insanely curious creative who wants to illicit change using technology and innovation to think and act differently and use your knowledge to engage and cultivate audiences.

  • Qualifications and key attributes :

  • 5+ years of professional experience working in digital, social, or experiential mediums.
  • Preferred experience working at a digital or experiential agency.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to function in a high paced environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe CC.
  • Working knowledge of UI / UX and HTML5 (no coding needed).
  • Leadership qualities : Compassion, listening, care, education.
  • Comfortable presenting to Director level.
  • Rogers Creative is an internal creative agency with 300+ professionals working collaboratively across Canada.

    With deep roots in media, broadcast, radio, publishing sales - we offer creativity services in the fields of branding, digital and social, motion and 3D animation, advertising, video production, retail design, wayfinding, real time live content, and end-to-end management of projects.

    We help shape the experiences of our internal employees and our external customers through design, branding and video production.

    Rogers Creative is also the creator of the quarterly run Creative Exchange, which brings passionate creative minds together to engage in a day of networking, sharing, collaboration and inspiration.
