We are currently seeking a Production Support Analyst for a contract role with one of our clients in Montreal, QC.

Role : Production Support Analyst
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot trade capture, booking, settlements, and trade breaks issues and provide timely resolution
Provide level 1 and 2 support for PB applications, on-site, between 8AM to 8PM
Willing to work on weekends in a rotation, along with team members.
Effectively escalate to development teams for level 3 support
Create and maintain documentation
Available on-call for after-hours support on a rotational basis
Inbox monitoring and batch operations
Answer client calls and requests
Participate in incident management follow ups and resolutions
Answer external client calls, provide technical and functional support to all in-house applications
Strong understanding of the trade process
Strong UNIX scripting / development
Strong SQL skills
Strong background using Microsoft products (Specifically Excel & Outlook)
FTP, SFTP, FTPS, CFT file transfer setup knowledge
Use of industry standard tools (Service Now / ITSM, Jira) is a plus
Background in Autosys Job Scheduling
Experience in Release Management
Experience writing documentation
