How will you make an impact?
Drive eCommerce revenue for the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (CMD) division by introducing new product lines to eCommerce, developing and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase conversion, and serving as the first Point of Contact (POC) on eCommerce strategy.
What will you do?
Serve as the Divisional subject matter expert (SME) on eCommerce, analyzing the markets and projecting revenue and supporting web enablement projects
Drive eCommerce revenue by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimizing processes through our PPI business system, managing expansion projects for new regions and product lines
Oversee strategy, execution, measurement and reporting of online marketing campaigns, focused on increasing click-through rates, conversions, new customer acquisition and retention through channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Email and On-site Merchandising
Understand, monitor and improve core eCommerce, Web traffic and conversion metrics
Liaise with regional commercial teams to conduct training and provide troubleshooting support in relation to the eCommerce channel enablement
Provide expert consultative services to product management, regional marketing, and strategic pricing teams, ensuring alignment on promotion planning and markdown strategy
Deliver key metrics at established cadence with a recap of product performance and sales, highlighting successful tactics and recommending improvements
Track and share B2B and B2C eCommerce and retail trends
Monitor competitor marketing efforts, ensuring that we take appropriate preemptive and responsive action when appropriate
How will you get here?
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience working in eCommerce or Digital marketing environment for global companies
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement against channel and project objectives
Ability to create a collaborative team environment and complete projects that bridge multiple departments and divisions
Strong analytical / modeling skills with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, especially at the Divisional leadership level
Ability to evaluate feedback and translate into requirements and business process improvements
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects and deliver on-time and on-budget
Be able to work independently with minimal direction and demonstrated robust prioritization skills
High level of intensity and comfort level with change
Proficient knowledge of contemporary digital marketing, eBusiness, eCommerce, UI / UX, and general website best practices
