    The Associate HR Manager will deliver against the North American’s Human Resources and Labour Relations strategies at the manufacturing plant while supporting the line leadership and functional teams in the areas of Integrated Lean Six Sigma, talent and performance management, talent acquisition and employee engagement.

    The Associate HR Manager will drive consistent policy and process applications and is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of all HR programs.

    Main Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Labour Relations (LR) COE and HR Manager by supporting the administration of the local collective agreement.
  • Investigate grievances and provide labour relations coaching and solutions to the Plant in accordance with the collective agreement and established labour relations practices and strategies

  • Provide guidance to plant supervisory and management staff with regards to disciplinary, policy interpretation and performance issues
  • Support HR Manager and site leadership team in areas such as talent and performance management, talent acquisition, compensation administration and the execution of employee engagement strategies
  • Work with all employees in order to make progress in regard to Manager Self-Service and Employee Self-Service within the plants
