Oh yeah, and you won’t have to fold (just kidding you totally have to fold). Here’s the type of person we’re looking for :


  • Bring to life the unique differentiators of the brand through education, mentorship, community and store advocacy
  • Maximize the seamless execution of all store operations and administrative functions
  • Support the driving of a talent pipeline of A-Players
  • Source candidates with high attributes for hire
  • Facilitate employment by ensuring that all new hire administration is completed accurately and on time
  • Onboard new employees and employees new to their role, to accelerate their socialization and productivity with particular focus on cultural nuances and differentiators
  • Train employees to maximize their performance and develop them to fulfill their potential
  • Motivate employees by inspiring them to excel in their positions
  • Spark an emotional connection between employees and the company brand
  • Create and execute employee and client events that drive cultural affinity
  • Be an exemplar and help to ensure employees are reflecting ethical customer service standards to provide the best experience for our clients
  • Ensure Sales Associates offer clients flawless service and education
  • Attract, retain and develop a clientele of customers who represent the highest value of brand alignment
  • Resolve all client service opportunities for a win : win outcome
  • Support the execution and achievement of the company’s standards in the area of Merchandising both mechanically and technically
  • Support the team in ensuring the company location is creatively set up to maximize revenue, propel our brand
  • Support the execution and achievement of the company’s maintenance standards in the store
  • Ensure the environment is maintained to create a functional, clean and brand propelling environment by managing the execution and achievement of the company’s environment maintenance standards and guidelines
  • Adhere to and uphold Company’s loss prevention systems to prevent all possible opportunities for loss and endangerment
  • Lead the store set up and organization systems standards to ensure optimal operations
  • Manage the proper use and care of all tools and equipment
  • Ensure administration and supplies are organized and managed to support operations across all areas of the business
  • Utilize store communication systems to ensure optimal Store Operations and communicate opportunities when they exist
  • Escalate technology issues and opportunities
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and communicate any disturbances
  • Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
  • Report in detail any suspicious incidents
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Experience and Background

  • Interest in driving the Cannabis industry forward
  • Knowledge of Company culture and ability to execute programs to support this advancement
  • 19 years of age or older
  • Experience in exceeding customer expectations
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Team orientation

    This is a regular part-time position based out of Lethbridge, Alberta.
