Our client is a leading provider of total document solutions, including award-winning printers, multifunctional products, business applications, and managed document services.
The General Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing market share and strengthening the British Columbia markets.
This is a Vancouver based role.
Develop, maintain and grow business relationships
Manage the BC sales team (all Vancouver based no travel)
Manage admin and service staff
Provide support to the market related to pricing, sales promotions and financing.
Sales training and mentoring of the sales team.
Analyze sales territory and develop sales strategies to optimize growth.
Complete responsibility of the BC operations including P&L
Minimum 5 years of experience in the office equipment industry.
Sales Management experience desired but not required.
University education desired.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and email (Lotus Notes).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Motivated individual with proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals.
