Purpose of the Job

The IT Business Partner Analyst is the primary IT point of contact to the Canada business in promoting IT services and capabilities, and providing support in delivering technology solutions that meet the business needs.

They serve a lead role in enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology.

What You’ll Do

  • IT liaison across all business functions in Canada for delivery of IT Services and capturing demand for new capabilities
  • IT liaison between the market and the wider NA Geo IT team and the global IT platforms
  • A special focus on support of Canada’s Smart Data Artificial Intelligence initiatives and new RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions for repeatable processes performed by the business manually
  • Delivering through others by building relationships across the broader NA Geography IT team, Global IT Services / Innovation, and our 3rd Party Service Providers
  • Collaborate with architecture and IT Security teams to ensure new solutions align with company standards
  • Who You Are

  • What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Post-secondary education in computer science or related field
  • At least 3-5 years in an IT Business Partnering role
  • Experience working in a medium to large, matrixed, multi-national organization preferred
  • Experience in CPG industry would be an asset but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple competing and changing priorities
