Bilingual Data Integrity Analyst
The Analyst is a point of contact for stores on master data related issues identified at store level. The Analyst is responsible for investigation and resolution of all notifications (trouble ticket) issues identified by Stores and / or Operations.
What You'll Do :
Provide 1st level support for stores and in-depth investigation into scanning issues identified by Stores and / or Operations
Provide timely and accurate resolution of all scanning and procurement issues
Collaborate with Category Management to ensure timely resolution of all notifications issues
Maintain positive and productive relationships with colleagues and other SME’s
What You'll Need :
Post-secondary education at either the college or university level
Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization
Bilingual French written and spoken is mandatory
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Advanced Excel, MS Access)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven ability to respond to new situations and work in a constantly changing environment
Able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
Candidate must be able to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
Ability to solve problems using multiple systems with high attention to detail
Team player with a passion for learning and training
A self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity of all LCL head office and store systems including but not exclusive to SAP, CICS, BOSS is an asset
Store level experience is an asset
Experience working with SAP is an asset
