Job Purpose
Reportingdirectlytothe Sales Strategy NRM Lead, the Sales Strategy Manager plays a central role in thedeliveryofGSK’s net sales strategicgrowth plan fortheirassignedportfolio, bybrand.
Primaryaccountabilitiesincludeleadingthedevelopmentofchannel & customerin-marketstrategies, creatingsellingtoolsthatstrengthenour Sales go-to-marketcapability, planningefficiency, and customereffectiveness.
This role alsoinfluencesretailexecutiontoensureourbrand and customerstrategies are effectivelyimplementedin-storewiththedesiredshopperimpact.
The role workscollaborativelyacrossallfunctionstoensurewe are planningourbusinesstomeettheevolvingneeds and timelines ofourcustomerpartners, and executingourin-marketplanswithexcellence as measuredagainstpredefinedgoals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Bachelor'sdegree in businessor a relatedfieldwith a minimumof 5 yearsTier 1 CPG sales experience
Minimumof 2 years Sales Strategyor Sales Planningfunctionalexperience

Demonstratedbusinesssavvy; confidencetoengage at executive levelsbothinternally and externally at customers
