We are currently recruiting for a Campaign Manager, Social.
Operate as key point of contact for agency planning teams and clients, including support on RFP’s and planning
Work with agency teams and clients directly to ensure their needs are being met
Work internally to develop best in class deliverables to clients, from available technology platforms and services;
Be an expert in paid social capabilities, ability to find best in class solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with the upcoming tools / tech solutions that would work for their overall media strategy
Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising industry and real-time media market dynamics
Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting
Ensure consistency of ad specs / campaign objectives
Manage campaign set up and execution
Ability to facility tagging and successfully manage direct response campaigns
Pull repots, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations
Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements
Monitor the goals and KPI’s for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns. Ensure all tactical media plan requirements are correctly implemented in social native tools based on client needs
1 -2 years of experience in digital media with a leading online advertising agency
Excellent client services & communication skills
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
Attention to detail is a must
Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies
Expertise in working with Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat or any other industry players (PMDs, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks & aggregators, data partners, ad servers, and / or other optimization platforms)
Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work
Excellent listening, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
