Purpose of the Job :
We are looking for a passionate and thoughtful user experience designer to help develop and shape our digital roadmap. You will be responsible for enhancing existing features and creating new ones to deliver outstanding experiences to our Members.
Collaborate alongside product managers, business analysts and developers.
Create low-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and pixel perfect assets.
Clearly articulate design rationale to various stakeholders.
Balance intuitiveness with innovation : make decisions on when to introduce new design patterns or rely on existing ones
Collect data to inform new designs or improvements by way of research, surveys and focus testing.
Contribute to and shape our digital culture
At least 3 years’ experience in a design role
A design degree or relevant experience with platform and / or application design
Proficiency with current design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, and Invision
A portfolio consisting of visually engaging experiences that ship across web and native apps; particular experience with financial services is an asset
Ability to create wireframes and flow diagrams that effectively communicate design decisions
Ability to work independently and prioritize and manage work to meet project timelines
