Is this challenge for you?
Reporting to the Provincial Director, Northern Central Alberta, you will provide a link between the leadership team, program leads, team members, outside agencies and the public.
You will provide experienced administrative support to the Edmonton operations leadership team and will be responsible for complex, confidential and critical administrative assignments that are an integral part of the STARS team.
Do you have what it takes?
In your present or previous position(s) others see you as an exceptional communicator with attention to detail and you bring proven experience preparing documents and reports.
You have coordinated meetings, supported scheduling, budget and payroll, and have booked travel.
You are a multi-tasker with an ability to organize and prioritize the work of various departments with ease. Your work is highly accurate, and you have excellent interpersonal skills along with a track record of delivering work within established timelines.
Who are you?
Experience within healthcare is considered an asset.
