Main functions

The Quality Assurance Assistant will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. Key responsibilities of the successful candidate include, but may not be limited to :

  • Supporting the QA manager to fulfill customers’ requests (quality questionnaires, documentation .);
  • Participating to the management, update and organization of SharePoint;
  • Ensuring follow-up on raw materials’ documentation to keep our suppliers approval updated continually;
  • Participating on updating the technical documents, procedures and any other controlled document;
  • Participating on reviewing and updating training plans against training requirements;
  • Performing other related duties to support document control and QA.
  • Required

  • A degree in administration or any related field (Cegep / college or equivalent);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite (word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written), any other language is a plus.
  • Asset

  • Experience in food quality and / or in life science is desirable;
  • Experience with sharepoint is a plus.

  • Team work, collaboration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills;
  • Autonomy, ability to work on multiple and simultaneous projects, self-motivation, flexibility;
  • Willingness to learn and perform various duties depending on the company's needs.
