Partner with the teams across HR and Communications to support project management fields, principles, and approaches
Support project teams as they develop plans, budgets and business cases for strategic projects that aim to advance the vision and goals of the organization
Help to drive the strategic priorities and initiatives across the HR and Communications teams
An Advisor :
As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, implement leading practices, bringing thought leadership, and subject matter expertise to key partners (HR & Communications Leadership & Finance, among others)
Take ownership by driving innovation and continuous learning to proactively tackle disruptors
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with an ability to influence partners
Understand effective governance and facilitate processes to ensure sound decision making

Continuously improve and adapt services / offerings to meet the changing requirements of our business and of our customers

Experience needed :
Demonstrated ability to thrive in rapidly growing, fast-changing, highly collaborative partnering environments
A minimum of 5-7 years of increasing responsibility in the field of HR, consulting, business strategy, or financial services
Excellent project management skills and proven experience of working at both a strategic and operational level
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as experience in presenting and interacting with senior leadership
Experience partnering with teams in HR, Communications, finance, risk, and with PMOs
Track record of developing creative and efficient solutions to support an entrepreneurial, results-oriented function
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is essential, and experience in PowerBI and other analytical and Project Management tools are an asset, as well as experience working with large and complex datasets
