Responsibilities include : Answering the telephone, greeting, and assisting clientsResponding to inquiries and helping clients with problemsProcessing incoming and outgoing mail, courier and faxesProviding administrative support under the direction and support of the office manager and clinic directorMonitoring and ordering office and clinic suppliesAssisting with photocopier / fax maintenanceTreatment area cleanliness, including laundry and treatment area organizationMaintenance and cleaning / sterilization of medical equipmentQualifications : In-person and Telephonic customer service experience, ideally from a medical clinic setting2 years of customer service experienceA background in a medical clinic and familiarity with insurance processesHealth-related educational background, such as a PTA diploma or Kinesiology degreeApply today!
