Individual Accountabilities :

  • Responsible for supporting the design team (apparel, footwear and hard-goods) in prints and graphics for all mediums and applications
  • Responsible for creating production ready art and repeats scale, size, ink quality, pantones
  • Creating and re-coloring prints and graphics
  • Approving all print and graphic strike-offs / artwork and preparing vendor comments
  • Build / assemble presentations as needed
  • Conduct trend research and analysis
  • Execute the design calendar with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Shared Accountabilities :

  • Work collaboratively and cross functionally to execute each brand strategy, product line, and design to meet required standards (Merchants, Product Development, Design, Brand, Quality Assurance, and Sourcing)
  • Work with Design and Product Development teams to price engineer graphics for specific customers and pricing targets
  • Support presentations as needed (pre-lines, franchise show, etc.)
  • Track design schedule to ensure timely execution of product development and design calendar

  • Qualifications :

  • College or University student graduating in 2019, 2020, or 2021 ; Studying Apparel Design, Graphic Design, Design, or related field
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and / or Adobe Illustrator
