The Sales Operations Analyst will have a wide range of duties in enabling sales performance and success. This role will play an integral role in creating and coordinating sales-related processes, delivering on the ongoing reporting, systems administration and operational coordination of the team, including translating data into digestible and valuable information.

In this role, you will examine sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for opportunity, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations.

You will also create leadership dashboards, participate in forecasting and optimize internal processes to increase the sales team's productivity.

The ideal candidate has a knack for using data and numbers to uncover trends and insights that inspire action and has a passion for driving change.

This opportunity is open to candidates from a virtual home office.

What You Will Do :

  • Compile, analyze and report on sales data to determine sales potential
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance through sales analytics and reporting
  • Analyze, track and trend KPIs and Sales Metrics for sales leadership
  • Forecast demand, revenue, and expenses
  • Track and identify data trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue
  • May create and maintain RFP processes and records
  • Be a power user of Sales Ops tools and systems and responsible for ongoing maintenance (improvements, updates), administration and consistent use across the Go-To Market team
  • Develop and deliver training on systems and processes to new and existing team members and providing updates as systems and processes evolve
  • Champion Sales Ops best practices, and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are maintained
  • May support the onboarding of new sales team members
  • May contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives
  • Active participation in driving and implementing operational projects and initiatives that enable sales success and optimization
  • What You Bring,

  • A University, College and / or Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field of study
  • 3+ years experience in a Sales Coordinator or Analyst position
  • Solid experience in using CRM and sales prospecting tools. Experience with Salesforce would be considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to establish rapport quickly and develop great cross-functional relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Data-driven with outstanding analytical ability and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
  • You are a critical thinker and can suggest, implement, and support efficient and effective operations
  • You have an insatiable thirst for knowledge - you are motivated to learn and keep up-to-date on developments in your field
  • You are highly adaptable, flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
