CL-06Your role involves using your ability to make quality decisions and build effective teams to manage a large subset of sales or operations activities or a support sub-

function that offers specialized services to the sector. You are responsible for administrating your group’s service offer, developing and implementing its business plan, and overseeing activities supporting the administrative department’s strategic orientations.

With an ability to develop talent and drive results, you are able to effectively manage people and performance, produce reports and ensure member / client satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities

  • Support the direct supervisor by assisting with work organization and planning operational and specialized activities.
  • Develop, implement and track the administrative unit’s action plan in accordance with the organization’s strategic aims and in alignment with the other administrative units, with a view to managing performance.
  • Set up management and communication practices that encourage change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, mobilization and diversity, consistent with the organization’s values.
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the services the unit provides and ensure entrusted projects are carried through so as to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfaction.
  • Support the administrative unit’s action plan by managing individual and team performance.
  • Continuously improve the management of entrusted processes.
  • Promote the cooperative values of Desjardins Group.
  • Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Nine years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
