The Developer & Application Specialist supports existing in house developed applications databases and integrations along with packaged applications.
In addition the candidate will be involved in strategic projects that involved new custom development of applications, databases and integrations, and discovery and implementation of new packaged applications.
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with good communication and organizational skills and would be responsible for, but not limited to the following :
Key Expectations and Deliverables
Support existing in house developed applications databases and integrations
Support some in house packaged applications such as Microsoft Teams and Salsify; backup the Application Specialist to support other packaged applications
Follow ITIL best practices for Incident and Change Management
Satisfy SLA for the Help Desk tickets, and provide high quality updates in each ticket assigned
Maintain code for all development work
Working with the PMO, play the lead architect / developer role on strategic projects that involve new custom development of applications, databases and integrations
Working with the PMO, play a key role on the discovery and implementation of new packaged applications
Aid in overall system architecture
Will be required to be on-call 24 / 7
Will be required to travel, as needed, but infrequently, to all Teppermans locations
Graduate of a College or University program in Information Technology
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
ITIL certifications or knowledge
Project Fundamentals skills or experience
Relevant Technical Certifications or experience
Experience we these development technologies
