And now we are looking for a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Consultant to support our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice and provide a positive impact on helping our Microsoft Dynamics team service our growing base of clients! This role can be based in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto.


  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
  • Create design documentation
  • Take an active role in the configuration and development of the D365 CE system
  • Act as the point of contact for client interactions
  • Participate in the Agile and / or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies
  • Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients
  • Relevant, hands-on work related experience working in a team environment
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certified
  • Experience with Scribe
  • SQL Server Reporting Services experience
  • Experience with Field Service
  • Experience with the Power Platform
  • Post-secondary education in information technology or related
