Under the supervision of the Customer Loyalty & Retention Team Leader, you will participate in the daily activities of customer support in order to increase the loyalty and retention of our customers.

Here's how

  • Responsible for processing any inquiries from existing customers.
  • Support for incoming customer calls, emails and / or online chat sessions.
  • Ensures the commissioning of customers, the training of their users, provides technical information and advice according to their needs.
  • Prepare and send quotes and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain lasting relationships with users.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as the management, technical service and development team, to manage customer expectations, deliverables and ensure the accountability of the various stakeholders.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the company's policies regarding customer loyalty.
  • Provide management with an update on market trends, competition, needs and opportunities to deliver value to customers
  • Document interactions with our current and potential customers in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in detail.
  • Qualifications

    Required Skills & Abilities

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and articulately both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to summarize information and structure content.
  • Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Driven by results and focused on closing the sale.
  • Be empathetic in listening and convincing in communication.
  • Master various IT tools (CRM, videoconferencing, online meetings, screen sharing and webinars, office software and online presentation tools).
  • Passionate about technology.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
