We have an opening for an HR Advisor specializing in diversity and inclusion. The HR Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is an integral part of the HR team and will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of diversity & inclusion policies, programs and processes to support Tolko’s strategic plan and business needs.
The role is ideally based in Vernon, but a remote work arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.
The HR Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion will develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and internal / external campaigns to further embed D&I as part of Tolko’s culture.
